Banquet 2008 and Updates
March 18th, 2008
GBSC held their annual banquet last week. Check out a few pictures.
More updates are on the way! I have pictures of snow, space ships, a special motorcycle, and even a mountain. I’ll post as soon as I finish my homework.

The TRUTH about GBSC Dorm Life
January 27th, 2008
Many believe that God’s Bible College is a safe place for higher education and enforced discipline. Our classes may come close to that image, but the dorms are far from it. The link below is a glimpse into the “night life” that we so often encounter. Sometimes, all you can do is lock the door. Enjoy!
Family Pictures
January 25th, 2008
At last! Over Christmas break the entire Steinbrook clan gathered at the same place…at the same time. From Chicago to Alabama, Cincinnati to Martinsville, we gathered together for a Steinbrook Family Photo. It’s important to understand that we used a timer, rather than bother with an actual photographer. We Steinbrooks are of the independent type. (Remind me to tell you the tripod story from our family’s hiking days!) To keep from rambling, I’ll close with one last thought. As of June 7, 2008, the woman standing behind me will become an official Steinbrook.
From the left: Rob (my brother), Dad (Hugh), Amy (my sister-in-law), Lauren (Rob’s Daughter), Mom (Deanna), Kristen (the soon-to-be Steinbrook), Parker (Rob’s son), and Me (Zach).
God bless!
In the News…Nazarene News
December 22nd, 2007
Not only did the “boiler explosion” make it in the local news, but the event also made it on the front page of the Nazarene Communications Network News website. Just thought I would let my fellow Nazarenes know. Have a blessed weekend!
Disaster at Martinsville First!
December 21st, 2007
When I heard that the boiler exploded at my home church in Martinsville, Indiana, I couldn’t believe it. It wasn’t until people sent me pictures that the truth of the situation started to sink in. Check out the Reporter Times article outlining the events that transpired. Thankfully, not one person was injured. I refuse to think about the horror that could have been if this explosion would have happened on a Sunday morning. God was truly taking care of His people. My mother took a few breathtaking pictures of the aftermath, and I posted them to my flickr account. Pastor Allen is unsure as to when the church will be open for services. As for this Sunday (12/23/07), services will be held at the Martinsville High School auditorium.
Expect more information and pictures from the service to be held at MHS in the near future.
