GBSC held their annual banquet last week. Check out a few pictures.
More updates are on the way! I have pictures of snow, space ships, a special motorcycle, and even a mountain. I’ll post as soon as I finish my homework.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! The sudden blast of “warm” weather encouraged me to pull my bike out of storage. It was covered in dried mud and dust. I am thankful that it does not have any additions of rust! With toothbrush in hand I went to cleaning. It now looks nice and shinny. My legs are begging me to hop on and ride into the wild yonder. However, my old bike needs new tires and tubes. Kristen and I stopped by Montgomery Cyclery on Wednesday to see what they could do for me. They didn’t have any tubes that fit my size wheels in stock, so I will be returning on Saturday to pick those up. I did, however, select new tires. Check them out! Can you believe it? They are reinforced with a layer of kevlar. What other fun stuff has kevlar in it? Look here. Good times, my friends, good times.
I will keep everyone posted on the biking adventure. Give me a call if you want to ride sometime.

Many believe that God’s Bible College is a safe place for higher education and enforced discipline. Our classes may come close to that image, but the dorms are far from it. The link below is a glimpse into the “night life” that we so often encounter. Sometimes, all you can do is lock the door. Enjoy!

At last! Over Christmas break the entire Steinbrook clan gathered at the same place…at the same time. From Chicago to Alabama, Cincinnati to Martinsville, we gathered together for a Steinbrook Family Photo. It’s important to understand that we used a timer, rather than bother with an actual photographer. We Steinbrooks are of the independent type. (Remind me to tell you the tripod story from our family’s hiking days!) To keep from rambling, I’ll close with one last thought. As of June 7, 2008, the woman standing behind me will become an official Steinbrook.
From the left: Rob (my brother), Dad (Hugh), Amy (my sister-in-law), Lauren (Rob’s Daughter), Mom (Deanna), Kristen (the soon-to-be Steinbrook), Parker (Rob’s son), and Me (Zach).
God bless!

Not only did the “boiler explosion” make it in the local news, but the event also made it on the front page of the Nazarene Communications Network News website. Just thought I would let my fellow Nazarenes know. Have a blessed weekend!
